User Content

You do not submit any identifying information, photos, or other personal information through this Website since contact and exchange of information are done directly between you and the Owner by phone, email, or personal meeting.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, under the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc. (JAMS) rules. Class actions and jury trials are waived.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Owner shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this Website, reliance on its content, or any communications or interactions resulting from it. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or other intangible losses, even if the Owner has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by California law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Los Angeles County, California.

Matchmaking, Payment, and Communication

Certain services on this Website involve manual matchmaking performed at the sole Matchmaking services offered by the Owner are conducted manually and at the Owner’s sole discretion. By voluntarily submitting information through a questionnaire to request a potential match, you consent to the collection of limited personal details, such as preferences, interests, and general demographic information. The Owner may review your submission and, at their discretion, propose a potential match. You are under no obligation to accept any proposed match.

If you choose to accept a match, a nonrefundable payment—the amount of which will be disclosed at the time of the proposal—is required to proceed. Payment may be made by phone or through other methods specified by the Owner.

Upon confirmation of payment, the Owner will coordinate a private Zoom meeting between you and your match at a mutually convenient time. The Owner makes no guarantees regarding compatibility, friendship, romantic outcomes, or success of any kind arising from the introduction or subsequent interactions.

Zoom meetings are not recorded or monitored by the Owner unless you provide express written consent. Users are solely responsible for their behavior during and after any introduction or communication facilitated by the service.
