This Services Agreement (“Agreement”), dated 06/01/2025, is entered into by and between the Hayati Masihi Match (Owner) a business operating in California (“Company” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and you, the undersigned individual (“User” or “you”).
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using our services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under California law.
2. SERVICES
We offer matchmaking services designed to connect individuals. We do not guarantee that any user will find a match or establish a successful relationship.
3. FEES AND PAYMENT
● Applying is free.
● Once we find you a match and you agree to the meeting, we will send you an invoice using one of our preferred payment methods.
● One one-time application fee of $80 and a match fee of $40 will be collected for the first match (only after a match has been found)
● Moving forward, only $40 will be collected for the matches after the first match.
● Refunds are acceptable only if one of the parties cancels before the meeting.
4. USER CONDUCT
As a client of the matchmaking services, you agree to:
● Provide accurate, complete, and honest information during the intake process and throughout your participation in the service.
● Treat all individuals introduced to you through the service with courtesy, respect, and discretion.
● Refrain from engaging in any form of harassment, dishonesty, coercion, or other conduct that may be harmful, abusive, or misleading to the Owner or to potential matches.
● Act in good faith and with reasonable intentions when evaluating or communicating with proposed matches.
The Owner reserves the right to suspend or terminate services, without refund, if you engage in behavior that violates these terms or that, in the Owner’s sole judgment, compromises the safety, integrity, or professionalism of the matchmaking process.
5. NO GUARANTEE
We do not verify the identity or background of users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. Be sincere and non-offensive in whatever manner when communicating with others or meeting in person.
6. PRIVACY AND DATA USE
Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act (2018) (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (2020) (CPRA). That is, you, as the user, have:

This license is limited to the scope of the services and does not grant the Company rights for unrelated commercial use.
8. DISCLAIMERS
The Company makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the success, compatibility, or outcomes of any matchmaking services, introductions, or interactions facilitated through this Agreement. The services provided are strictly on a best-effort basis, and the Company does not guarantee satisfaction or any specific results, whether personal, emotional, or relational.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular
purpose, merchantability, or accuracy of any information provided. All services are provided “as is.”
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances shall the Company, its affiliates, employees, agents, or contractors be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, emotional distress, reputational harm, or loss of personal opportunities, arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the services provided.
